In 2004 the Coalition of Rolandas Paksas "For Order and Justice" took part in the elections to the Seimas and won 11 seats. Liberal Democrats received 4 seats.
11 December 2004 - Congress of the Liberal Democratic Party in Vilnius, hotel "Reval Hotel Lietuva". Rolandas Paksas was elected as the chairman of the Party.
13-14 August 2005 - Fourth Gathering of the Liberal Democratic Party in Varniai, near the Lake Lūkstas. During the gathering the Council approved the Resolution, anthem and oath of the Liberal Democratic Party. The slogan of the gathering was "We Are Coming Back!". There were 816 members of the Liberal Democratic Party to swear an oath at the largest Lithuanian flag in the world.
17 December 2005 - Meeting of the Council of the Liberal Democratic Party at Hotel Šarūnas in Vilnius.
12 April 2006 - Meeting of the Council of the Liberal Democratic Party in Šiauliai.
13 May 2006 - Fifth Congress of the Liberal Democratic Party, where the name of the Party was replaced to the Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats).

12-13 August 2006 - Fifth Gathering of the Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats) in Varniai, close to the Lake Lūkstas. The slogan of the gathering "Lithuania, Do Not Fold Your Wings!". The new Lithuanian record was broken and the largest party symbol "TT" was created.
30 September 2006 - Festive meeting of the candidates of the Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats) to the Municipality Councils, held at the restaurant "Trakų Dvarkiemis".
26 October 2006 - Introduction to the candidates of the Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats) to the Council of Vilnius City Municipality, held at the TV Tower observation deck "Paukščių takas".

12 May 2007 - Sixth Congress of the party Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats), held in Vilnius, where the President Rolandas Paksas was elected as the chairman of the party.
20 July 2007 - Seminar for the Board of the party Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats), mayors of municipalities, vice mayors and administration directors, held at Telšiai County Business Incubator.
11-12 August 2007 - Sixth Gathering of the Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats) in Varniai, close to the Lake Lūkstas. It was joined by 1000 new members. The slogan of the gathering "For the Sake of Lithuania!".
30 September - 6 October 2007 - President Rolandas Paksas goes on a visit to the USA.
7 October 2007 - Antanas Terleckas, the candidate of the party Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats), took part in the elections to the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania at a single-member constituency in Dzūkija.
8 March 2008 - Seventh Congress of the party Order and Justice (Liberal Democrats), held in Vilnius, where the name of the party was changed to the Order and Justice. The party candidates at single-member constituencies to the Seimas elections of 2008 were presented.

17 May 2009 - The party candidate for the Elections of the President of the Republic of Lithuania - Valentinas Mazuronis rested in the third place.
7 June 2009 - party Order and Justice won two mandates in the European Parliament elections. Party chairman President Rolandas Paksas and vice-chairman of the party Juozas Imbrasas became newly elected members of the European Parliament.

15 November 2009 - Repeated elections in Šilalės-Šilutės and Vilniaus-Šalčininkų one-mandate constituencies to the Seimas first round. The candidates of Order and Justice in these constituencies were: Janina Šimkuvienė (Vilniaus-Šalčininkų one-mandate constituency) and Remigijus Žemaitaitis (Šilalės-Šilutės one-mandate constituency).
29 November 2009 - Repeated elections in Šilalės-Šilutės and Vilniaus-Šalčininkų one-mandate constituencies to the Seimas second round. Party Order and Justice candidate Remigijus Žemaitaitis (Šilalės-Šilutės one-mandate constituency) won the elections. Party Order and Justice in the Seimas of Lithuanian Republic is represented by 16 members, Order and Justice group consists of 19 members.
