To be the member of the Party Order and Justice may be eligible any citizen of the Republic of Lithuania with the right of suffrage, who recognises the regulations and policy of the mentioned party and does not belong to any other political party or organisation.
Any person, having an intention to become the member of the party and possessing the reference of at least one of the members of the party, shall fill in the application of established form to be submitted to the Council of the particular branch. After considering such application within the maximum of one month, the Council shall take the decision concerning the membership thereof. In case of a positive decision by the Council of the branch, the person shall pay the admission fee of 10 LTL and the membership fee of 12 LTL and thus becomes the member of the party.
Following the procedure established by the Board, the member shall be issued the party membership certificate and given a badge. Should the Council of the branch come to an unfavourable decision, the registration of the members of the Party is subject to the procedure stipulated by the Board of the Party. Annual membership fee is payable to the treasurer of the branch before the month of May.
