The Strategic Provisions of the further activities of Party Order and Justice

Party order and justice in its further activities shall be guided by the main provisions, laid out in the Rolandas Paksas Coalition "For Order and Justice" Programme.

Party order and justice shall act in accordance with the Lithuanian political situation, which is predetermined by the facts that

Lithuania has become the European Union country,

LR Seimas ratified the Agreement of the EU countries on the Constitution for Europe,

In Lithuania and in the whole of the European Union, new political development tendencies are being manifest and the perspective of the individual, nation and the State is becoming important in the world governed by the global forces.

Party Order and Justice shall seek

to protect the dignity of Lithuanian people, justice, democracy, the rights and fundamental freedoms of the Lithuanian people, now already of the European Union citizens,

to develop the responsibility of the citizens for the dignity of the individual, family, community, nation and the State.

The Party Order and Justice will strive that

family would remain the most important cell of the nation, reviving in the new community of nations,

Lithuania, together with other countries, would create such European Union where the identity of the nations, heritage of national cultures, the diversity of national traditions and languages would be preserved and cherished,

the national intellect would be preserved, special care would be taken of national culture, education, spiritual advancement of the community - on the basis of material, technological progress,

the national self-conscious of the Lithuanian people would be cherished and simultaneously openness for other nations and cultures, respect and support for national minorities,

We, Order and Justice, shall strive consistently and with resolution that in the European Union the principle of the distribution of powers, responsibility and works between the national and European Union power institutions in all levels of taking decisions and their fulfilment would be strictly followed, with no infringement of the legal interests of the Lithuanian people and of the State of Lithuania.

We shall seek that the European Union would develop as the cooperating community of free people, nations and states where the common and global objective and interests do not overwhelm and do not destroy the uniqueness of the individuals, nations and the states, and help it to become still more revealed and enrich each other.

We shall strive that the governance of the European Union would be based on the mutual agreement and free cooperation of the nations and the States, small and big, and would not turn into the enforcement of the new transnational bureaucracy, destroying freedom, creation and initiative.

We shall seek that the European Union common foreign and security policy would comply with the interests of the Lithuanian people and the State of Lithuania, the strategic goals of peaceful cooperation and peaceful solution of international conflicts.

We shall aim at the unified but not the identified European Union, Europe, united for the purpose of preserving its diversity, Europe, united to be still more safer, stronger spiritually and materially,

We shall strive for Europe, developing the personal freedom and democracy, safeguarding and cherishing the spirituality and creating the material welfare of people,

We will cooperate with all national and international parties, pursuing these goals, the Ally uniting them today for Europe of Nations.
